If you know the city and the number isn’t blocked you can ask information… otherwise try googling the name and emailing

Go to Yahoo.com. Go to people search. Type their name in, and if you know the state.

If you actually want the white pages you could try using ‘telephone book’ and then the city or area you want to check. You will likely get a list of options to play in.
