		<description>You need the international access number then the dialling code for spain. You start by dialling them, then you drop the first zero from the actual phone number  and dial that. 

Your number seems to include all this (including the dropped zero) but if it was sent to you from a US contact and you are not in US then its the international access code that is wrong.

Spains code is 34, and it looks like you are using 011 as the international access code - this, as far as I know, is for the USA, if you are in UK, NZ, Australia - 3 countries I have lived in and know - its 00.

So - if you are in the UK, using your sample number, you should dial: 00 34 616 389 000</description>
