My verizon wireless envy phone (the one with the mini keyboard) broke last week. Until I got sent a new one, I used a regular, basic flip phone from verizon which they programmed my phone number into. Now I have the new envy phone, and I don’t know what to do. Can I program my phone number into this new phone on my own? If not, where am I supposed to call or what am I supposed to do? I tried looking on the website, and it was not clear to me… Thanks!

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question but you never know how different cell phone companies systems’ are programmed. Also, does, “Temporarily Disconnected” mean that they number has been suspended for payment issues or is this a generic message regardless of how the number is disconnected, even if the person has cancelled service or changed their number? Thanks.

Can you tell me how to locate the owner of a phone number so i can purchase it. The phone is not on. Huge advertizing error.I purchased an advertizing ad in a local phone book and they printed the wrong number. I have found out that the number is an AT&T, prepay wireless number and they have not turned the phone on since I’ve found the mistake.
