Background checks are becoming common these days, thanks to the spread of corruption and forging of resumes by the potential employees. Things get pretty dicey if employer has employed terrorist or a person with a red background report, unknowingly. With police investigation an employer can also get into trouble if he employs people with criminal history.

Identify Cell Phone Numbers From Unknown Callers
Cell phone numbers are private information and you will not be able to identify or trace any cell phone number to the owner using a free reverse phone look-up unless the number was previously a land-line based phone number and was recently ported over to a cellular carrier. The reason cellular phone numbers are protected by privacy laws, I have no idea.
